    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with your personal tracking link.

    Using your email address and order number, you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

    It is normal for the first tracking update to appear after 2 to 6 days, as the carrier prepares your shipment. Your order is already on its way.

    WHEN WILL MY WELLNESS PRODUCTS ARRIVE?

    We ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days.

    Estimated delivery times:

    Switzerland: 2 to 7 business days

    Remote areas or peak periods may cause slight delays.

    If your package has not arrived within 20 business days after shipping, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

    Yes, standard shipping within Switzerland is always free.

    If faster shipping options are available, they will be displayed at checkout.

    Yes, this can happen occasionally. Here’s what you can do:

    Wait a few days

    After receiving your tracking link, it may take 2 to 6 days for the first update to appear.

    If nothing changes after 6 business days

    Reply to your order confirmation email and include your order number.

    If the shipment seems delayed

    We will contact the carrier on your behalf and, in line with our policy, arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
