We want you to receive your order from Purea Wellness with complete satisfaction.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you will find all the information regarding returns, exchanges, and complaints below.

1. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return a product, provided that it is:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging

Products sealed for hygiene reasons, such as supplements or skincare items, cannot be returned if the seal has been opened or damaged.


2. How to Return an Item

Please contact our customer support at support@pureawellness.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will provide you with the return address and full instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered defective or damaged.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Your order number

Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

However, you may return an eligible product and place a new order separately.


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued:

  • To the original payment method
  • Within 7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless they were free.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Personalized items
  • Digital or downloadable content
