Article 1: Definitions
Cooling-off period
The period during which the consumer may exercise their right to withdraw from a distance sales contract.
Consumer
Any natural person purchasing products for personal use and not for professional or commercial purposes.
Day
Calendar day.
Fixed-term contract
A contract relating to the regular supply of products and/or services.
Durable medium
Any medium that allows information to be stored so it can be accessed or reproduced later.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer’s right to cancel a distance sales contract within the cooling-off period.
Seller
Purea Wellness, offering products via distance selling.
Distance sales contract
A contract concluded exclusively through remote communication methods.
Means of distance communication
Any method enabling a contract to be concluded without simultaneous physical presence of both parties.

Article 3: Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Purea Wellness and the consumer.
They are made available before the conclusion of the contract and can be stored on a durable medium.
For electronic contracts, these Terms & Conditions are accessible and downloadable at all times.
In case of conflict, the provision most favorable to the consumer shall prevail.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.
Article 4: The Offer
All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Promotions or special conditions are clearly communicated.
Product descriptions are prepared with the utmost care. Minor variations in color or packaging may occur.
Each offer clearly states:
- Price
- Shipping costs
- Order and payment process
- Right of withdrawal
Article 5: The Contract
The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and completes the order process.
For electronic orders, a confirmation email will be sent.
Until confirmation, the consumer may cancel the order.
Purea Wellness reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including payment issues or suspected misuse.
All relevant contractual information is provided in writing.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the products.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Withdrawal must be communicated via email, and products must be returned within 30 days.
After this period, the purchase is considered final.
Article 7: Withdrawal Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving the returned items.
Article 8: Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Opened hygiene products, including cosmetics and health products
- Discounted or sale items
Article 9: Prices
Prices remain valid for the duration of the offer.
Price changes may occur due to legal or tax adjustments.
If a price increase occurs more than three months after purchase, the consumer may terminate the contract.
Article 10: Compliance and Warranty
Products comply with their description and intended use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper use
- Normal wear and tear
- Repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties
Article 11: Delivery and Execution
Orders are processed with care and typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of delays, the customer will be informed and may cancel the contract with a full refund.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12: Fixed-Term Contracts
Open-ended contracts may be terminated with one month’s notice.
Fixed-term contracts are not automatically renewed unless required by law.
Article 13: Payment
Payments must be made within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Payment errors must be reported immediately.
Late payments may result in additional charges or order cancellation.
Article 14: Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the issue is identified.
Purea Wellness will respond within 30 days.
If no agreement is reached, the consumer may pursue legal action.
Article 15: Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international consumer law and, where relevant, Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in the consumer’s place of residence, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
